Hotel Terms & Conditions
1.Check-in and Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: Until 11:00 AM Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellation/Prepayment Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Prepayment: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
2.Children and Extra Beds Children: All children are welcome. Extra Beds: Extra beds are available upon request and need to be confirmed by management. Additional charges may apply. Cribs: Cribs are available for infants upon request. Pets Pets: Pets are not allowed. Groups Group Bookings: For bookings of more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact our reservation team for more information. Internet WiFi: Free WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel.
3. Parking Parking: Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed). Accessibility Facilities: The hotel is equipped with facilities for guests with disabilities. Please contact us in advance to ensure all needs are met. Smoking Non-Smoking Policy: All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
4.Housekeeping Cleaning: Daily housekeeping is provided. Additional services, such as laundry and ironing, are available upon request and may incur extra charges. Safety and Security Security: The hotel premises are monitored by CCTV. Access to guest rooms is via secure key card. Valuables: Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5.Conduct and Behavior Respect: Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and hotel property. Any damage caused by a guest to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account. Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Additional Information Reception Hours: The reception is open 24/7.
